TechGALAを終えて
週末のせいか、参加された方からのTechGALA考察がいろいろ上がってきている。面白いのが
「終わってから翌年の開催までの自分の行動がTechGALAなんだよね」
「なにか自分にできることはないですか？という問いに溢れていて、ここはリッツカールトンか？w」
とか、感想自体がかなり高度！
TechGALA参加者の圧倒的当事者意識
これまで”神は細部に宿る”と細かいことを書いてきたけど、大きな設計で言うとTechGALAは3日間参加することで、圧倒的当事者意識を持った人間として覚醒すべく設計している。それもカオスを生み出した上で、カオスの中での自分の秩序・正義を明確にする強さを必要とする場で。カオスは”無秩序”ではない。一人の人間では理解が及ばないおびただしい数の秩序の集合体。
カンファレンス用に用意した会場数は・・・えーっとAステージからRステージまでだから、18トラック。サイドイベントは90。
自分の興味に従って聴講していくと誰一人同じ経験にはならないはず。だからこそ、異なる経験をシェアしあい、自分の行動を宣言し、次の開催まで1年間当事者になり、再びその知見を持ち寄る。それがTechGALA。

The weekend seems to have inspired many attendees to share their reflections on TechGALA. What’s fascinating is how sophisticated their observations are:
“The real TechGALA isn’t just what happened at the event—it’s what actions I take between now and next year’s gathering.”
“Everyone was so focused on ‘What problem can I help solve?’ that I wondered if this was the Ritz-Carlton! lol”
I’ve previously written about how “God is in the details,” but from a broader design perspective, TechGALA is structured to awaken participants into a state of overwhelming ownership during those three days. And this happens in a space that generates controlled chaos, requiring participants to find their own order and sense of purpose within it. Chaos isn’t “disorder”—it’s a collection of countless orderly systems that no single person can fully comprehend.
For the conference, we prepared… let me see… from Stage A to Stage R, so 18 tracks. Plus 90 side events.
When following your interests through the sessions, no two people should have the same experience. That’s precisely why sharing different experiences, declaring your intentions, becoming an active participant for the year until the next event, and then bringing back new insights—that’s what TechGALA is all about.
