今日の午前中はバージニアに住む起業家のメンタリング。Founder Instituteにも参加中とのことで、もっと日本でも知られるといいなと思いつつ話をしていました。
もともとメンタリングの予定ではなく、新たにリンクトインでの繋がりで、ちょっと情報交換の予定だったのですが、あまりに私が注目する今年のテーマと一致していたのでノリノリでメンタリングになりました。
サービスは「寄付アプリ」なのですが、私が今年ひたすら言い続けている「お金は自分の手元に入ってしまうと執着を生むので、入る前に循環の設計をすること」とか「お金はほっておくと１箇所に偏ってしまうので、これからの優秀な人間は美しく分配する方に回る」みたいな話が刺さる分野でした。
今年もまだ終わる気配はなく、、今日の午後や明日を含め、まだメンタリングは続きそうですが、相手がとても「美しい」人が増えたのが今年の特徴です。
美しい社会を創ろうとしている人。

This morning I did mentoring for an entrepreneur living in Virginia. They mentioned they’re also participating in Founder Institute, and as we talked, I was thinking it would be good if this were better known in Japan as well.
Originally it wasn’t scheduled as mentoring—it was a new LinkedIn connection, and we were just planning to exchange some information, but I got really enthusiastic about mentoring them because their focus aligned perfectly with my theme for this year.
Their service is a “donation app,” which fits perfectly with what I’ve been consistently saying this year: “Money creates attachment once it comes into your possession, so design circulation before it reaches you” and “Money tends to concentrate in one place if left alone, so smart people in the future will shift toward beautiful distribution.”
This year shows no signs of ending yet… Including this afternoon and tomorrow, the mentoring seems likely to continue, but a characteristic of this year is that there are more “beautiful” people among those I meet.
People who are trying to create a beautiful society.
